  1. What is one motivation for us to concentrate on as we grow in godliness as a church? (2 Peter 3:10-14)
  2. In what ways are you diligently laboring to grow in godliness?
  3. In what ways does a distorted view of the scripture hinder your growth in godliness? (2 Peter 3:15-17) 
  4. In 2 Peter 3:18, we see that growth cannot be separated from grace, knowledge, and glory.
  5. In what ways can you concentrate on growing in grace? (Grace refers to dependence upon God and use of the means He gives us to grow.)  
  6. In what ways can you concentrate on growing in knowledge? (Knowledge refers to both experience of the life of God and of His Word)
  7. In what ways can you concentrate on growing in godliness so that Christ is glorified now and forever more?
